Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line store, click on any item you wish to purchase and add to your basket. After you have finished your selection click on “checkout” and you will be asked a few details that we need to fulfil your order. We only deliver to UK mainland.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Availability information for products is detailed on each individual product description. Although the website is kept up to date regularly in some instances there can be a cross over on selling in store and online so errors can occur however if bucklesandbowsbourne.co.uk does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you have ordered any payment will be refunded.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of placing the order. We accept all major credit cards accepted by Paypal. You do not need to sign in/up for a Paypal account to pay. Always use the registered card address when ordering, if the card does not match the address we will not proceed with the order.
We do not accept over the phone payments.
All prices are correct at the time of entering however we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All products are priced in pounds sterling and are subject to VAT.
Although we try to ensure that all our product prices are correct, errors may sometimes occur, if an error is discovered in the price of a product we are under no obligation to accept or fulfil this order. We reserve the right to cancel such an order until its been dispatched to the delivery address.
Once the order has been placed and payment received we will send you a confirmation email. Please ensure all details on the confirmation email you receive are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
Delivery Information and Charges
Standard UK mainland delivery only. £3.95 for orders under £50. FREE postage for all orders over £50.
The ordered goods will be delivered to the address in the UK. Goods will normally be delivered within 3-5 working days of your order being accepted.
Delivery will only be made to the card holder’s registered address or the card holders place of work which will need to be verified before the goods are dispatched.
Any claims for loss of goods must be completed within ten days of payment date.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund within 28 days of receipt. Any returns must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging along with your ORDER ID NUMBER to enable us to process your refund.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
We aim to reimburse your money within fourteen days of the returned goods, by the method you used for the original transaction. Please bare with us due the COVID situation, but we will process your refund as soon as we can.
Any purchases physically made in our retail premises are subject to different terms and conditions, which are available in-store.
