This sandal from the Jana Range makes a great little work sandal. The soft footbed gives all day comfort and the small cork effect wedge gives added elevation without putting pressure on the foot.
The strap can actually be altered by rip tape as the buckle is for show only making the adjustment even easier on the foot. The front strap is also adjustable allowing for a better fit.
